The State Treasury of the USSR and the State Bank of the USSR, according to the Statement of the People's State Body of the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Light Great Russia on Compensation payments to All Sovereign Citizens of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, numbering 350 (Three Hundred and fifty) million people, to allocate in full monetary funds in Gold Soviet Rubles, at the rate of 9000 (M0M1(XAU)GSR) rubles for each Sovereign Citizen of the USSR and credited to a special treasury account in the State Bank of the USSR.
